Requirements

• Graduated from a Business School, Engineering School, or University, with a major in Management Control/Finance/Audit,
• Min 3 years of professional experience as Senior Controller in Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain or Procurement Finance, ideally in the FMCG/Pharma sector,
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or similar platforms (SAP S/4 HANA will be a plus),
• Strong communication skills in English (min B2/C1),
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets and financial modeling,
• A strategic thinker who can provide insights and recommendations to optimize operations and drive business improvements,
• A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and leadership,
• Proven ability to deliver results through others,
• A motivated and autonomous professional, eager to take on new projects and support business growth.

Who is a leader in its industry, awarded many times for its products in prestigious competitions, with a dynamically developing structure, guided by a long-standing idea, thanks to which it maintains the leading position of a good employer on the local market. We are currently looking for a candidate for the newly created position for Group Operations and Procurement Finance Senior Controller.

About the Role

You will be reporting to the Group and Operations Finance Director, you will contribute to continuously improving analytic solutions, systems, and tools in Operations and Procurement controlling area. You will start by enhancing data visibility to different spend pools and continue with analyzing the data to deliver savings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Plant Controllers and Procurement Managers to consolidate and reconcile monthly cost of sales performance,
• Represent Finance on the companywide Transformation Program: Fuel for Growth. Analyse spend pool data to identify and support cost savings projects to help the team in reaching cost savings targets,
• Support the Group and Operations Finance Director on any other ad hoc tasks,
• Procurement Finance detailed Responsibilities as overseeing the preparation and creating reporting standards for Purchasing Price Variance and Contract Fulfilment,
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance metrics (KPI’s). Calculate of supplier penalties,
• Handle inquiries and issues related to procurement transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise,
• Support the preparation of procurement reports and presentations for senior management,
• Provide ad-hoc support for strategic procurement activities such as cost modelling, tender preparation, negotiation preparation, and spending analysis,
• Any other ad hoc tasks supporting the Group and Operations Finance Director.
