Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in paid digital advertising
• Proven track record of building a sophisticated campaign and scaling it while keeping costs low
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads platforms
• Excellent English communication skills (near-bilingual level)
• Strong copywriting abilities for creating compelling ad copy
• Creative design skills and an eye for visual aesthetics in ad creation
• Strong analytical and testing methodology skills
• Experience with conversion rate optimization
• Fast, efficient work style with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Proactive mindset, strong ability to work independently, and take initiative
• Ability to work full-time without other commitments
• Leadership or team management experience will be a plus
• Portfolio of successful campaign case studies

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of Hyros
• CRO knowledge and best practices for split-testing landing pages
• Familiarity with Go High Level

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert specializing in Google Ads for a thriving USA-based SEO agency that’s worked with Fortune 500 companies, e-commerce, Software As A Service, and a bunch of local SEO clients. 

Were looking for a professional with a proven track record in scaling advertising campaigns to manage and scale our paid advertising efforts across Google Ads platforms. This position has a clear path to leadership, with the opportunity to build and manage a team of ad buyers in the future.

Between building our own CRM software in-house for our clients and developing our own AI voice agent to assist with lead follow-up, we are at the forefront of providing the best services possible for our clients. 

You’ll be working side by side with the CEO to build out the ads department of the agency, as we are primarily an SEO company. 

We need someone hungry and driven who can eventually manage our entire paid ads division. You should be someone who:

• Takes ownership of work and results
• Proactively comes up with new ideas to help the company grow
• Works efficiently without constant supervision
• Has attention to detail and strategic thinking
• Can work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the CEO

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range: $3000 – 3500/month (based on experience and expertise).
• 15 paid days off total after 6 months of working together, which can be used for sickness or vacation.
• Fixed working schedule: 9-5 EST
