Go Engineer @ AVENGA (Agencja Pracy, nr KRAZ: 8448)

This is you

• 3+ years of Go (Golang) in production.
• Strong grasp of idiomatic Go, interfaces, goroutines, and testing.
• Familiarity with concurrency: mutexes, channels, and race condition avoidance.
• Experience building and scaling APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments.
• Understanding concepts of caching, load balancing, synchronous, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with containerization.
• Knowledge of metrics and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Comfortable with Git workflows, shell scripting, and handling CI/CD pipelines.
  

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Understanding of low-latency, high-throughput system design.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with profiling and debugging tools: pprof, trace, memory, and CPU bottleneck identification and performance benchmarking.
• Experience in the programmatic ad ecosystem, OpenRTB protocol, and real-time bidding infrastructure.
