• Proven experience in corporate fleet management is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SAP, Concur, or similar tools.
• Experience in regulated industries (automotive, procurement, compliance) is an advantage.

Location: Kraków 
Office attendance: 2 days per week in the office for local candidates; 3 days per month for candidates outside the region

We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Procurement Manager – Travel & Fleet, responsible for managing a global category. This role combines strategic responsibility for supplier management, contract negotiations, and cost optimization with operational support for business-critical travel and fleet needs. You will play a key role in shaping global Travel & Fleet strategy while partnering closely with stakeholders in the US including executive-level leaders.
