Global Medical Collaboration Leader (Neuroscience) @ Roche
Who you are:
- Master’s degree in science or related field required; postgraduate degree (PhD, PharmD, MSc, MD, MBA) highly desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related industries in a global or affiliate role
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical/scientific, customer-facing, field role
- Experience in Medical Affairs, Product Development or Early Development is essential, including understanding and experience of processes and procedures for clinical trial engagement for corporate sponsored and independent supported studies
- Desired: deep scientific knowledge/experience in Neuroscience (especially Alzheimers and Parkinsons diseases)
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Polish is mandatory
- Desirable: fluency in German
- Passion for Customer Centricity and External Medical Engagement
- Strategic skills and system awareness are critical for this role, liaising with teams within Global Medical Affairs, Global Product Development, Global Research & Early Development and Global Commercial functions and country affiliates.
- Flexibility and scientific agility to change between disease areas, functional and/or specialist topics according to business needs

The Global Medical Collaboration Leader (GMCL) is a medical, global, field-based role working across countries and affiliates to accelerate the development and delivery of medicines to patients through effective medical customer engagement across the lifecycle of a molecule/Disease Area (DA). The role will be responsible for the Alzheimers and Parkinsons disease areas.
