• 5+ years’ experience as a Security Architect or senior security consultant
• Fluent German (C1+) and very good English for daily communication with DACH clients
• Proven experience as a Security Architect or Senior Security Consultant
• Strong background in network security and identity & access management (IAM)
• Hands-on expertise with SIEM, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management tools
• Solid knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid/on-prem environments
• Experience leading or mentoring a SOC / security operations team
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, GDPR)
• Excellent consulting and presentation skills—comfortable with both executives and technical teams

Nice to Have

• Strong soft skills: stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, mentoring junior specialists
• Extra technologies: Terraform/Ansible, Kubernetes/Docker security, scripting (Python, PowerShell)
• Cerificats: CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, GIAC, AWS/Azure security certifications

We are expanding in the DACH region and are looking for a German-speaking Security Architect / Consultant to lead high-impact security initiatives.
You will design secure cloud and on-prem infrastructures, guide our small SOC team, and act as a trusted consultant for German-speaking customers.

Your Role

Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise security solutions, drive pre-sales engagements, mentor the SOC team, and oversee SIEM, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management across client and internal projects.
