  • ▪ Readiness for an equivalent working time system. Our team will work 24/7, with shift hours depending on the employers needs. At the moment and soon, these will be between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Shifts are usually 8 hours long. In the future, there may also be evening/night shifts, but at the moment, this part of the shift is already covered by currently employed staff.

  • ▪ Employment contract, with salary: 7000-9500​ PLN gross/month: base 5500-8000 PLN gross + language bonus 1500 PLN gross + additionally, a performance-based bonus (up to a maximum of 12% of the base salary per month).
