Join our Global Candidate Operations (GCO) team in Prague as a Support Associate, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for warehouse operations in Germany. This is a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping candidates through their recruitment and onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling throughout the recruitment process

- Handle candidate inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Process and track cases using our internal service management system

- Provide accurate and timely information following standard procedures

- Support candidates during onboarding and ensure a smooth experience

- Maintain accurate records and conduct quality checks

- Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates
Co od vás očekáváme
- English proficiency (B2/C1)

- German (minimum B1) — other European languages such as Czech, Polish, or Spanish are an advantage

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

- Professional handling of confidential information

- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

- Basic problem-solving mindset
