Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Java (or other compiled languages such as C++).
• Proven experience with full stack development using modern frameworks such as React, Spring Boot, DropWizard, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
• Knowledge of SQL and database design (relational and columnar databases).
• Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing or mentoring small to mid-size teams is a plus.
