Fullstack Developer (.NET + ReactJS) @ Experis Polska

•     5–7 years of professional experience
  
•     Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
  
•     Strong skills in front-end technologies, especially ReactJS
  
•     Experience in database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server)
  
•     Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  
•     Ability to enhance existing .NET applications by analyzing business objectives and resolving system defects
  
•     Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., App Services, Storage, SQL, Key Vaults)
  
•     Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit
  
•     Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  
  Soft Skills:
  
•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate closely with customer engineering and product teams
  
•     Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills in multi-vendor or cross-cultural environments
  
•     High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
  
•     Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
