• 5+ years of strong Java development experience with a deep understanding of backend engineering 
• Hands-on knowledge of Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful API design  
• Solid experience with TypeScript and Angular (5+)  
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices 
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases  
• Comfortable working with Git, Bitbucket, Stash, including code reviews and branching strategies 
• Experience in enterprise-grade software development, ideally using Scrum 
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities 
• Bonus points for exposure to healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, IHE) or technologies like DICOM, DPViewer, digital pathology
