Must-have:


  • 2–5 years experience in digital marketing or growth operations

  • Enhance and format slide decks, presentations, and pitch materials
  • Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
  • Experience working in international remote teams

We are building a high-performance digital marketing team for international brands and look for a full-time Marketing & Growth Operator who will execute the operational side of our digital marketing: funnels, automations, landing pages, email sequences, design elements, tracking, and content implementation.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or management position. You will work directly with the CEO and become the core engine behind our marketing infrastructure.
