What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in software development (Big Data, on-prem or cloud environments)
• Hands-on experience with microservices, API integration, and process automation
• Knowledge of databases, messaging, and caching tools (Postgres, Redis, Kafka, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment
• A practical, problem-solving mindset and openness to mentoring

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other major cloud providers
• Background in matrix-managed, large-scale organizations
• Experience in Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.)
