FULL STACK DEVELOPER – WEB3 PRODUCT FOUNDRY @ Quiet Stack

Remote

  • 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • 2+ years building and integrating Web3 applications (wallets, smart contracts, NFTs, token flows, etc.).
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Solidity, EVM chains, and blockchain SDKs (e.g. ethers.js, wagmi, viem).
  • Experience with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS or similar).
  • Strong grasp of web security, performance optimization, and scalable architectures.
  • Bonus: experience with cross-chain, account abstraction, or advanced DeFi integrations.
  • Self-starter mindset: comfortable with ownership, experimentation, and async collaboration.

QuietStack is a new on-chain product foundry.
We’re a small team of builders with years of experience shipping DeFi products at scale. Now independent, we’re focused on designing and launching user-centric applications that make Web3 more accessible, more secure, and more powerful.

You will work across the stack to connect front-end interfaces, backend services, and blockchain integrations into seamless products. The ideal candidate is comfortable jumping between different technologies, has a strong understanding of Web3 fundamentals, and can debug across multiple systems. This role requires both independence and collaboration in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
