• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  
• Google Cloud Platform knowledge
  
• Proven experience with the Sinequa platform or similar enterprise search solutions (e.g. Solr, Coveo, Elasticsearch).
  
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Angular, Python, .NET or similar.
  
• Experience with data integration tools (e.g. REST API, Postman) and techniques.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  
• Background in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning as applied to search (preferred) 
  
• Solid understanding of search algorithms, information retrieval, and relevancy tuning.
  
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS and GCP.

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer / Search Specialist to support and enhance our search capabilities using Sinequa and Google Cloud Search technologies. You will be responsible for platform lifecycle, connector management, and building high-performance, search-driven applications that enhance content discoverability across the organization.

,[Maintain and support Google Cloud Search and its extensions (e.g., gSite SearchPlus), Troubleshoot issues, manage connectors, and optimize platform performance, Configure, customize, and maintain the Sinequa search platform, Implement indexing, relevancy tuning, and advanced query processing, Manage data ingestion through connectors and APIs, Design and build search-driven applications using modern frontend and backend technologies, Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive search interfaces, Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, debugging, and documentation, Monitor and fine-tune platform performance, Analyze and improve indexing, query response time, and relevance, Work closely with product owners, architects, and developers to align business needs with technical solutions, Communicate search-related updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Enhance user experience through personalized, relevant search results, Oversee data taxonomy, metadata management, and search index integrity, Stay current with enterprise search trends, NLP, and machine learning applications in search, Recommend and implement new features and improvements in the Sinequa ecosystem] Requirements: Sinequa, GCP, Java Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, International projects.
