Frontend Developer @ Shiji Poland

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as JavaScript or Front-End Developer
  
• Advanced understanding of JavaScript ES6/TypeScript
  
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
  
• Experience in work with or contribute to a JavaScript based build system (e.g., Babel, Webpack)
  
• Experience with React ecosystem (React hooks)
  
• Interest in testing, review and code quality
  
• Familiar with Git
  
• SOLID understanding of best practices, processes and design patterns

Your roleIn this role, you will work as part of an agile development team, collaborating closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders. We work in iterative cycles that include refinement sessions, planning meetings, and retrospectives to continuously improve our process and product. You will work with GitLab, using feature branches for each User Story and synchronizing your work with the develop and master branches. Daily commits, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins), and merge requests reviewed by other team members are part of our standard workflow.
For local development and deployment of our microservices, we use Docker and Docker Compose. Communication and coordination within the team take place mainly through Microsoft Teams. You will collaborate with our UI/UX department to deliver applications with the best possible look and feel, ensuring a great user experience. Additionally, you will contribute to our internal NPM packages, helping build reusable components, design systems, and shared functionality across projects.
