Financial Reporting Analyst

Are you detail-oriented, great with numbers, and ready to grow your career in finance? We are looking for a junior Financial Reporting and Analysis Specialist.

What You’ll Do:

- Analyze Financial Data: Collect, check, and combine sales and financial info.

- Support Closings: Help with month-end and year-end activities.

- Budget & Forecast: Assist in creating budgets and forecasts by reviewing financial data.

- Improve Processes: Spot issues, suggest fixes, and make reporting smoother.

- Assist Teams: Answer financial data questions and provide useful insights.

- Create Reports: Build dashboards and automate reporting to save time.

- Special Projects: Work on extra tasks to add value and boost team efficiency.

Požadavky: What We’re Looking For:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- MS Excel knowledge.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar.

- 1–3 years of experience in finance or reporting.

- Good understanding of accounting and financial principles.

- Fluent in English.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with tools like Power BI.

- Background in international or multicultural work environments.
