• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or controlling (preferably in a manufacturing environment: automotive, machinery, plastics)
• Proficient in German (minimum B1/B2 level) – used daily, including verbal communication
• Higher education in economics or finance
• Hands-on experience with P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and production cost analysis
• Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Power BI; other BI tools are a plus
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
