Finance Project Manager @ Pepco Poland

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Project Manager delivering cross-functional projects, ideally in Finance and/or Procurement.
  • Hands-on experience with process automation projects related to P2P and/or R2R.
  • Experience in matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups (Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, Business)
  • Familiarity with S2P tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
  • Exposure to Shared Service Centre or BPO transitions is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Englsh
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
  • Business acumen and financial awareness
  • Ability to manage budgets, track savings, and report financial KPIs.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
