• Very good knowledge of tax and regulatory matters, particularly in the area of invoicing between Poland and the USA as well as transfer pricing mechanisms – must have.
  
• Ability to work with analytical tools (Power BI or others), including building simple KPI structures (e.g., margin analysis) 
  
• Familiarity with the Google ecosystem (Google Drive, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Looker) is a plus.
  
• High level of organization and accuracy when working with repetitive processes.
  
• Ability to independently manage one’s own work/projects (planning, goal setting, scheduling, reporting progress and issues, identifying the “why”).
  
• Ability to create a coherent narrative based on numbers – explaining the underlying causes behind financial results.
  
• Proficiency in English sufficient to communicate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders (United States).
