We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and HR Specialist to join our team in Prague. In this hybrid role, you’ll handle both finance and people operations — ensuring that our financial processes run smoothly and that our team is supported, engaged, and thriving.

You’ll work closely with the leadership to build scalable finance and HR systems that support our growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves both numbers and people — and who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Finance Responsibilities

* Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements; manage vendor relationships.

* Oversee payroll preparation and coordinate with external payroll providers.

* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

* Help implement and improve internal financial processes and automation tools.

HR Responsibilities

* Own the employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and offboarding.

* Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with Czech labor law.

* Coordinate payroll and benefits with external providers.

* Support employee engagement initiatives and team events.

* Support performance reviews, training, and personal development programs.

* Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and innovative team culture.
