Požadavky: Were looking for an experienced Facility coordinator (m/ž) to join our clients team. In this role, youll be the go-to person for keeping the office facilities running smoothly. If youre an organized problem-solver with a knack for managing people and processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
what youll do
* manage daily operations: Oversee a wide range of services, including maintenance, cleaning, and security, ensuring everything runs according to our service agreements.
* coordinate with others: Work with subcontractors and internal teams to make sure all tasks are completed efficiently. Youll be the main point of contact for external vendors and internal staff.
* solve problems: Manage our help desk, analyze trends to proactively prevent issues, and handle any incidents that come up. Youll be the first to respond when something goes wrong.
* keep everyone happy: Work closely with the Site Manager and Key Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with our clients and ensure theyre satisfied with our services.
* handle paperwork and systems: Manage purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks. Youll also use systems like ServiceNow for tasks like change management.
* focus on quality and safety: Help implement and manage procedures, conduct audits and inspections, and make sure all health and safety policies are followed.
* support the office: Oversee access cards, manage keys, and handle space planning to make sure the office layout works for everyone.

* experience: 2-4 years of experience in Facilities management or a related field.
* skills: You must be fluent in both written and spoken Czech & English, have excellent organizational skills, and be comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
* problem-solving: We need someone who is self-motivated, can work independently, and is great at finding solutions.
* tech-savvy: You should be comfortable with various IT systems and have strong communication skills.
* a team player: Youre a professional who can represent the company well and work effectively with both clients and colleagues.
