For our client, a global consultancy company, were looking for an Events Coordinator.

This is a hands-on execution role that blends event coordination with commercial engagement. You’ll be responsible for helping deliver high-impact events—from logistics and marketing materials to securing attendance from senior finance executives and sponsors.

You’ll also support sales activities, such as identifying and reaching out to potential sponsors and participants (mainly BPO providers and solution partners), helping ensure each event is not only well-organised but also commercially successful.

Post-event, you’ll help analyse attendance data, engagement levels, and outcomes to improve future events and outreach strategies.
