• Several years of hands-on programming experience, including building applications from scratch and overseeing the full product lifecycle (using any modern web technologies)
• Minimum of 2–3 years in managing a team and leading projects hands-on from start to finish
• Strong product-oriented background, with focus on web development, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions
• Proven experience working in global companies and delivering products at large scale (high user volumes)
• Passion for both client-side and server-side development
  
• Team player, strong communication skills, empathetic, and someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

Our Client - a fast-scaling SaaS company with over 400k users is expanding its engineering presence in Warsaw. Known for building modern, intuitive Work OS that help teams work better together. The company has become a market leader by focusing on product quality, user experience, and smart engineering at scale.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to be responsible to build and lead engineering teams. You’ll play a significant part in building and scaling both the product and the R&D. The engineering culture is radically product-oriented. You won’t be “just coding” here — you’ll help shape what gets built and how. You’ll take part in meaningful architectural conversations, build for scale, and work across the stack.

• Employment contract: 3-month probation period, followed by a permanent contract
• Agreement directly with the client
• Salary: up to 45,000 PLN gross (total compensation package of 53,000 – 63,000 PLN gross, including annual bonus and shares program (RSU)
