WHO YOU ARE?

• 2+ years experience as an engineering manager of teams building high-scale production services.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience building APIs/services.
• Experience driving effective execution with agile processes in a highly dynamic environment.
• Strong communicator, passionate about technology, and eager to raise the bar.
• Experience working with distributed teams in different time zones.

The Content Capabilities team is relatively new and is tasked with the ambitious goal of supporting the Box Content Cloud’s next 10x wave of growth. We aim to achieve this by building innovative new platform capabilities, enabling our product teams and customers to build intuitive and differentiated experiences that scale to millions of users.

We’re close to delivering the first set of features, unlocking new use cases and significantly increasing the scale at which users can collaborate on content. The team is just getting started though and has a strong roadmap of new capabilities to build. Thats where you come in!
