As an ideal candidate, you have a proven ability to lead and manage deployment teams and projects, you are comfortable with travelling abroad for work on a regular basis, and you have a background in the ATM/ATC domain.

In addition, you are a very good communicator with a knack for building and maintaining strong, positive relationships both with internal stakeholders and customers.

Professional Requirements

• University degree in project management and/or a technical domain
• 5 years or more of relevant professional experience in a regulatory industry
• Experience in project management and/or account management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Professional level verbal and written English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the ATM/ATC domain
• Good conflict resolution skills

We are looking for a medium-to-senior Engineering & Delivery Lead to oversee and manage the successful deployment of mission-critical Air Traffic Control systems to our international customers in Europe and Asia.
