Engagement Specialist @ XTB

• Proven experience in employee engagement, internal events, or culture initiatives, ideally on a global scale
• Strong organizational and project management skills - able to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Creative mindset combined with a structured, data-driven approach - you know how to measure success and optimize based on insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you enjoy working with people and know how to bring them together
• Proactive, energetic, and hands-on attitude - you take ownership and make things happen
• Fluent English and Polish required for local and global coordination
• Hybrid role based in Warsaw - while we work flexibly, you’ll often be in the office to coordinate and support events and engagement activities

Nice to have

• Background in tech or fintech environments - you understand the dynamics of fast-paced, innovative companies
• Ability to “sell” ideas internally and inspire participation across teams
