Strategic Procurement Manager Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic procurement initiatives to optimize supplier selection and cost efficiency

Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, fostering skill development and leadership growth

Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and pricing negotiations to enhance service quality
- Enhance sourcing processes and drive operational improvements through
data-driven insights

POŽADAVKY:
What you already have:
- Advanced English and Spanish in Spoken and Written form (C1)
- Broad experience spanning various industries and categories, whether direct or indirect procurement
- In-depth understanding of Procurement Outsourcing strategies and workflows
- Proven experience in managing medium to large teams, both remotely and across multiple locations internationally
- Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong competence in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement management systems
- Analytical skills and knowledge applicable to procurement activities
- Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary

Advantages:
- Some background or aptitude in digital transformation and automation of processes
- Experience in business process improvement methodologies such as TQM, Six Sigma, APEX
- Additional language skills
