YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 3 years experience in the O2C area (preferably dispute management).
  • Experience in people management and leading a team (team leader, backup TL, coordinator).
  • At least C1 level of English and B2 level of German.
  • At least a bachelors degree.
  • Experience in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to analyze end to end O2C processes.
  • Multitasking, ability to organize own work and teamwork in compliance with the operational procedures, tight deadlines, Clients reporting requirements and ad hoc priority tasks.
