Digital Innovation Manager @ ITMAGINATION

• Proven track record in coordinating large-scale projects (including change management)
  
• In-depth knowledge of current data science and AI technologies
  
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ideally with experience in the use of innovation methods such as design thinking, lean startup, or agile project management
  
• Good understanding of the healthcare sector and current AI trends
  
• Very good written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2)
