• 5+ years of professional Java development experience (Java 8 or above) with solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
  
• Knowledge of: CICD, Linux, Jenkins, Ansible, code quality scanners (like SonarQube), maven, monitoring tools (like Appdynamics, CloudWatch).
  
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
  
• Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, IBM MQ).
  
• Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, MyBatis).
  
• Nice to have: Exposure to cloud platforms AWS (EKS, Lambda), GCP, or Azure), containers (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Liberty).
  
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
