• Strong experience with GitLab administration and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in JFrog Artifactory management and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with SonarQube administration
• Solid understanding of Unix/Linux environments
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based development environments
• Practical scripting skills to automate support and operational tasks
• Excellent help desk or technical support experience
• Very good written and spoken English skills

As a DevOps Tools Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global financial technology infrastructure provider supporting banks with trading, clearing, financial information, and payments. You will be part of a team enabling development and project teams to work efficiently with GitLab, Artifactory, and SonarQube. Your role focuses on end-user support, resolving issues, and improving developer experience. By translating recurring support needs into automation, documentation, and process improvements, you will help drive digital transformation and ensure smooth operations for critical financial systems worldwide.

Location: hybrid – 2 days/week in the office

Rate: b2b: 115 – 125 PLN/h
