About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will focus on automating infrastructure, improving deployments across several cloud platforms, and making sure our systems are reliable, scalable, and easy to observe. You will work closely with developers, QA, and operations to build and grow a strong DevOps practice.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Automation

  • Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform for AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Keep reusable and scalable infrastructure components.

Cloud & Containers

  • Deploy and manage services across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Work with Docker, Helm charts, and ECS (or similar tools) to build and manage apps.
  • Ensure systems are always available, reliable, and cost-efficient.

Release & Deployment

  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Automate build, test, and release steps for faster and safer deployments.
  • Work with engineers to improve release speed and safety.

Observability & Reliability

  • Set up monitoring tools (Elastic, New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Track SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs to ensure reliability.
  • Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.

Collaboration & Best Practices

  • Work with developers and architects to design scalable systems.
  • Promote DevOps culture with better tools, automation, and practices.
  • Document standards and runbooks for consistency.
