  Proven DevOps/SysOps Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a DevOps or SysOps role, with hands-on responsibility for end-to-end infrastructure and release pipelines.

  Cloud Expertise: Solid practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — this is a mandatory requirement.

    Strong working knowledge of Docker.

    Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting, scaling and cluster management.

    Deep experience designing and maintaining CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI and/or Jenkins.

    Proficiency with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.

• Salary: between 150-170 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B)
• Location: remote position (with a few business‐travel days per quarter (no fixed quota) and expect flexibility to travel to Zielona Góra or Cologne for key events such as team workshops, planning sessions, and integrations.)
