• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across engineering, operations, and business domains.
• Ability to work independently, structure deliverables, and communicate clearly.
• Comfortable operating in a globally distributed team with cross-time zone collaboration.

Your career opportunity

We are looking for a Demand and Capacity Lead to join the Digital Business Automation (DigiBA) team in CTO Infrastructure. Our platform operates at global scale, supporting business-critical services such as Control-M, IBM Sterling File Gateway, and Connect:Direct. This is an individual contributor role focused on managing demand and capacity at the application level with strong consideration for infrastructure layer as well. You will forecast service consumption, support development planning, inform commercial discussions, and help ensure our automation and file transfer services scale smoothly across environments hosted on distributed infrastructure — primarily Linux and Oracle DB, with some Windows and MySQL.
