• Proven working experience and deep understanding of ElasticSearch or Opensearch
• Background in RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL/ Oracle / SQL Server / etc).
• Experience of at least 4+ years with ElasticSearch / OpenSearch performance, design, and scale.
• Coding experience and understanding of code and software environment.
• Experience and understanding of cloud environments and tools
• Experience in leading projects, POCing different technologies and rolling out new solutions to the production environment.
• Great skills of seeing a big picture and system architecture planning.
• Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, and empathy.
• Degree in Computer Science (not a must; were always looking for super talented people).

The role is based in our clients Warsaw office - established in 2022, it is a growing hub for engineers who love solving impactful problems. The team’s stack - MySQL, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Cassandra, Redis, and we are also using AWS, Go, Python, Kubernetes, Linux, Node.js

• Permanent contract
• Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 PLN gross/month (all-in, including bonus & RSUs) 
• Hybrid setup: 3 days/week onsite in central Warsaw
