• Proven working experience and deep understanding of ElasticSearch or Opensearch
• Background in RDBMS (MySQL / PostgreSQL/ Oracle / SQL Server / etc).
• Experience of at least 4+ years with ElasticSearch / OpenSearch performance, design, and scale.
• Coding experience and understanding of code and software environment.
• Experience and understanding of cloud environments and tools
• Experience in leading projects, POCing different technologies and rolling out new solutions to the production environment.
• Great skills of seeing a big picture and system architecture planning.
• Team player, egoless, strong communication skills, and empathy.
• Degree in Computer Science (not a must; were always looking for super talented people).

Recently launched an R&D hub in Warsaw. The local team works directly on the core platform as well as new standalone products, including a cloud-based CRM, a customer ticketing system, and advanced self-service tools for enterprise clients — all built on the same scalable cloud infrastructure. The engineering culture is radically product-oriented. You won’t be “just coding” here — you’ll help shape what gets built and how. You’ll take part in meaningful architectural conversations, build for scale, and work across the stack.
