Are you an experienced Data Analyst or Data Warehouse Analyst ready to shape the future of data-driven decision-making?
Due to new projects and growing analytical needs, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Warehouse Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis (approx. 0.5 FTE). If you’re passionate about data modeling, business process translation, and building scalable analytical solutions — we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent SQL skills (profiling, analytics, window functions, CTEs).
  
  
• Is experienced in multidimensional modeling (Kimball) and SCD 1/2 handling.
  
  
• Can translate business processes into logical models and complete STT documentation.
  
  
• Is familiar with Power BI semantic modeling, measures, and RLS/CLS.
  
  
• Understands the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (OneLake/Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines, Event Streams).
  
  
• Has experience in data quality rules, SLO/SLA definitions, and conducting business workshops.
  
  
• Is comfortable working with data catalogs, Azure DevOps, and Git.
  
  
• Communicates effectively in English (B2+) and Polish (C1+).
  

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in DWH migrations and reconciliation (parallel runs).
  
  
• Working knowledge of DAX and Python/pandas for EDA or prototyping.
  
  
• Familiarity with PySpark/Spark.
  
  
• Understanding of Data Vault and/or Data Mesh concepts.

,[As a Data Warehouse Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing our analytical ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:, Translating business processes into data models: Collaborate with business owners to define KPIs and metrics, ensuring their clarity, consistency, and proper versioning in the semantic layer or metrics repository., Designing conceptual and logical data models: Define facts, dimensions, and data granularity; prepare comprehensive STTs (Source-to-Target Mappings) including SCD rules, conversion logic, and edge cases., Ensuring data quality and reliability: Define SLO/SLA for data freshness and completeness; establish and maintain quality rules with clear acceptance criteria., Supporting migration and validation: Conduct UAT sessions and data reconciliation during DWH migrations (parallel runs)., Collaborating with DWH engineers: Co-create the semantic layer for Power BI (measures, calculations, RLS/CLS) and define requirements for silver/gold layers., Maintaining documentation: Keep data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and architectural decisions (ADR) updated in the data catalog and Azure DevOps, versioned in Git.] Requirements: SQL, Power BI, Data warehouse, Azure DevOps, Git
