• A masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Data Science.
• Excellent skills in Python, SQL, and cloud computing technologies.
• Expertise in data analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Ability to optimize and fine-tune machine learning models.
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics.
• Knowledge of machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, etc.).
• Understanding of stream data processing.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, engineering).
• Hands-on experience in deploying models and algorithms into production systems is desirable.
• Experience with AWS MLOps tools is desirable.
• Fluency in English, with strong communication and storytelling skills to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

We are looking for a Data Scientist based in our Poznan location. In this role, you will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous operation of our AI models.
