• Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience, including 2+ years in software development with Big Data technologies, microservices, and cloud-based event-driven architectures.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apache NiFi, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Apache Hive, Apache HDFS, Apache Oozie, SQL, Python, Google SDK, REST API, Linux Shell Scripting.
• Solid database knowledge: at least one SQL database (Oracle, Teradata, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) and one NoSQL database (MongoDB, Apache HBase).
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystems (Hortonworks/Cloudera) for large-scale data storage and analytics.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS, Star Schema design, Slowly Changing Dimensions, and CDC (Change Data Capture).
• Proven experience building automated data flows with Apache NiFi and real-time pipelines with Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) – GCP preferred.
  Knowledge of clean coding principles: DRY, KISS, SOLID, Clean Code, Self-documenting Code.
• Optional but desirable: experience with BigQuery, DataProc, Java SpringBoot.
• Ability to work effectively in English on a daily basis.
• Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude with strong collaboration skills.
