Your Role:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers via email, chat, and phone. Your main focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing helpful and efficient solutions to their inquiries.

What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer questions via email, chat, and phone
Provide accurate information about products and services
Troubleshoot customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance customer experience

What You Need to Succeed:

Fluent Czech (near native – written & verbal)
Strong English skills (written & verbal)
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM knowledge is an advantage)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
