Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients by calling leads provided by our client.
• Use negotiation skills to close agreements and successfully onboard new clients.
• Manage each sales opportunity with persistence and a focus on closing deals.
• Adapt and innovate work processes to find the most effective methods for sealing deals.

Qualifications:

• Flawless communication skills in Czech (C1) and proficiency in English (B2).
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail, understanding that small details can make a big impact.
• Proven ability to make decisions independently and work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive in using strong sales skills to drive conversions.
• Experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to occasionally work overtime when required.
