Customer Success Advisor (German, English and Polish) @ GetResponse S.A.
- have strong language skills in English and Polish (fluent or native) and an intermediate level of German (minimum B2); additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or French would be an asset
- have online marketing know-how and a knack for understanding technical tools, platforms, or systems
- are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
- have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
- have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill

- are ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call occasionally
? We’re looking for a Customer Success Advisor who’s passionate about solving problems and supporting clients. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for our users - handling inquiries and resolving issues via chat and email to help them reach their business goals.
? As this is a technical support position, strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with digital tools, and a basic understanding of marketing trends and platforms are highly valued. You’ll guide customers through both the functional and technical aspects of our solutions - empowering them to succeed, not just use the product.
? Youd be working according to schedule, from Monday till Sunday (5 days a week) in 8-hour shifts that start from 7 AM and finish at 7 PM.
Please note that this is a remote role located in Polandto, to qualify for this role, you must be and hold a valid work permission.

- 6,000 - 6,500 PLN gross/month on contract of employment + up to 1000 PLN commission paid upon reaching goals + additional bonus for weekend work
