Interface directly with assigned customers and/or suppliers to build and maintain strong business relationships
Play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience
Address order and system support issues promptly and communicate resolutions back to customers and suppliers
Ensure flawless execution of collections processes and cash application processes
Support the resolution of customer complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner
