• Willingness to provide shift assignments on a 24/7 basis. 
• Availability for a minimum 140 hours including 3 weekend days per month  
• Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility. 
• Good organization of own tasks and attention to details. 
• Willingness to cooperate fully from the office in the city centre of Poznań.

Place: Poznań (100% onsite)

Schedule: 24/7 shifts

Training start date: 17.10.2025

Training duration: 2 weeks (Monday-Friday, conducted in English)

• Employment on a contract of mandate and a rate of 45 PLN gross/hour
• Flexible schedule tailored to your needs (you can expect 3–4-night shifts per month and a combination of morning and afternoon shifts)

Recruitment process: 

• Initial phone interview – we want to get to know you better!
• English and Italian verification – spoken and written
• Online interview with recruitment representative and Team Manager – during the meeting we’ll ask you some questions, take an online speed typing test and tell you more about how the project works on a daily basis.
• You will receive a call within 2 days after the interview – we contact candidates regardless of the final decision.
