CUSTOMER CLAIMS SPECIALIST with German
POPIS POZICE:
Do you have experience as a Claims Specialist or in a similar position? Are you fluent in German? Would you like to become a part of a stable international company with a very nice working culture? Your responsibilities will be:
- Handle customer claims, debit notes, and disputes following specified procedures
- Investigate claims promptly, gathering necessary information for approval or rejection
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among accounts receivable, customer service, finance, and other departments
- Digitally file completed claims forms, documentation, and proof of deliveries
- Issue credit notes promptly

POŽADAVKY:
- Min. 1 year experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in English + German
- Theoretical or practical experience in a finance-related field
- Knowledhe of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outloook
- Knowledge of SAP is required
