What is going to be a part of your workload?

• Supporting our clients via e-mail and calls
• Creating, editing, tracking and being responsible for person's order
• Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with suppliers and the warehouse
• Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
• Cooperating with the marketing department with regard to translations and reviews

• Proficient knowledge of German language both written and spoken
• High empathy capacity and professional attitude
