Help us to manage the sourcing of our key national brand (NB) suppliers in Central Southeastern Europe (CSE) in line with the overall strategy of Ahold Delhaize European Sourcing and the CSE Center of Excellence. Contribute to cost base reduction by realizing purchase spend coverage growth and positive development of the specified (sub-) categories by improving price. Make sure to be aligned with Benelux-sourcing on assortment and sourcing development.

What will be your responsibilities

* developing and executing sourcing strategies on key NB suppliers
* managing the complete adminstration process and proactively act upon prolongation/ renewal/ resignation of contracts
* supporting our organization in achieving its objectives by interpreting and influencing both the external and internal environments and by creating positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives
* conducting business with full regard for the concerns of each of our main stakeholder groups
* having a deep knowledge on all aspects of the dedicated (sub-) categories

What we expect from you

* university degree
* +10 years working experience in retail / FMCG commercial positions
* experience within international FMCG negotiations
* planning and organizing skills
* analytical skills
* team player
* open for change
* negotiation and persuasive skills
* passionate about trade, sourcing and retail
* affinity with legal issues
* fluent in English
