Remote

• 6–8+ years of experience in CRM/ERP projects (including 2+ as Solution Architect).
• Experience in full implementation cycles at enterprise level.
• Proven expertise in CRM architecture (Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow).
• Strong knowledge of integrations, databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and cloud architecture (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS).
• Ability to design highly available and scalable systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications (Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics, TOGAF) are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
• English B2/C1 (second language is a plus).
