DecisionRules is looking for a detail-oriented CRM Administrator to help us keep our HubSpot CRM accurate, reliable, and ready to scale as we expand in new markets.

This is a hands-on, junior role ideal for someone who loves working with data, enjoys process improvement, and wants to grow into a broader Revenue Operations career.

What you’ll be doing

* Data Management: Enter, clean, and maintain CRM data to ensure HubSpot is the single source of truth.

* Data Hygiene & Cleanup: Regularly audit records for accuracy and consistency; merge duplicates and correct errors.

* Reporting & Veracity: Build and maintain dashboards and reports; validate that metrics are accurate and up to date.

* Marketing & Workflow Support: Create and manage HubSpot workflows in partnership with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead lifecycle management.

* Contract Creation & Renewals: Assist with drafting and tracking contracts, renewal notices, and related documentation.

* Support ad-hoc RevOps projects to improve processes across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Who we’re looking for

* 0.5 - 1+ year of experience in HubSpot CRM or data operations role

* Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.

* Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.

* Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

* Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

* Experience creating HubSpot workflows or marketing automations.

* Familiarity with contract management or renewals.

* Interest in SaaS, fintech, or startup environments.
